Topgolf Confirmed for Everett Mall

After months of back-and-forth, Topgolf is officially staying in the Everett Mall redevelopment plan — a 68,000 sq ft, three-story driving range at the southeast corner. Construction starts in November, opening targeted for late 2028. Shake Shack and Boot Barn are joining too, as the aging mall reinvents itself as an outdoor retail and entertainment hub.
